2023 NORMAN B. LEVENTHAL CENTER FOR ADVANCED URBANISM (LCAU) SEED GRANT
The Norman B. Leventhal Center for Advanced Urbanism’s fifth theme - Digital Urbanism - critically examines the intersection of cities, technology, and design.
PSA won a Seed Grant to build a coalition, with MIT’s Department of Urban Studies and Planning, the Roux Institute at Northeastern University, the City of Portland, and others, to develop a symposium and master planning effort for course work, independent research, and entrepreneurial start-ups to encourage broader civic participation and positive change in municipal governments by using emerging AI computation tools to illuminate patterns in power structures and decision making.
Programming will begin in September 2023
